The Causes of Allergies in Amphibians

What could this be? I think most likely it is allergies to something but I want to be assured. This is not a picture of my dog but it looks like the same thing she has on her belly but she has more. Please help me I feel so bad lookng at her tummy like that!
What do I use to cure it?!
You can cure it by going to the vet, having them give you a diagnosis, and antibiotics to treat.
